Law Firm Community Focus | Helping Survivors, Entrepreneurs, & Families 2021 - The Beginnings, a year in review

Updated: May 3

Really, this year was such a blessing. We helped a multitude of clients and community members. Let me give you a quick snapshot of a handful of things we did:

  • Worked with survivors of human trafficking to review and seal criminal records.

  • Worked with individuals who had their driver's license suspended due to missed court dates or unpaid fines. Thanks to New York's Driver's License Suspension Reform Act, we helped restore driving privileges for our clients.

  • Participated in gun violence summits in the City of Rochester.

  • Gave back to the community by supporting families who were affected by gun violence.

  • Helped set-up a non-profit that is doing wonderful, God-inspired work in the community.

  • Helped a couple nurse practitioners start their own businesses to branch into entrepreneurship.

  • Helped a family adopt a beautiful and bright young girl.

  • Helped a client purchase a couple food trucks.

  • Commenced litigation on contract breach in connection with the purchase of a stately home. At this time, still in the midst of that one.

  • We closed over $130,000,000.00 in commercial real estate transactions across the United States - Indiana, Missouri, New Jersey, and New York.

Already 2022 is off to a nice start. On behalf of our clients, we've negotiated and entered into contracts for over $50,000,000.00 in acquisitions, with negotiations on another at least $75,000,000.00 starting soon.

Lastly, but most importantly, my wife, who has become very instrumental in helping run this firm, and I welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Paisley, into this world.

We look forward to 2022 with eagerness, with joy, and with hope!

With love,

The Harringtons
